Our Cozy Basic Bedrooms are our most requested rooms. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. You can shop at the Hilo Farmer's Market for some fresh local produce and cook your meals in the shared kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, toaster, microwave & dishware. Our basic bedrooms are well suited for couples, as well as for large families or groups, as the entire 6-room house is configured for easy access to the central living room and kitchen area. All guests are welcome in the Main Lodge area to use the washer and dryer facilities, TV area and the open guest patio area. Enjoy surfing the net, catching up on emails and social media in the comfort of your own room with our complimentary WiFi. The House in which the bedrooms are located is 200ft. (60m) from the main Lodge in a vibrant tropical lawn/garden setting just across the street from the ocean and 200 yards from a small white coral beach. We have four rooms in this category.
Our 6-Bedroom House is also available for big groups and families that want a home all to themselves. For exclusive use of all 6 rooms, which accommodates 7-12 guests, please visit our page on the 6-Bedroom House. For the House, a discounted rate will be given when one payment is made. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be needed two months prior to check in. If you have a group and would like to request accommodation availability you may send an inquiry to groups@arnottslodge.com
Our no-frills prices do not include daily housekeeping service or linen changes. Full service housekeeping is available for an extra charge, inquire at the front desk for this service.
Fresh linens & towels are available at the front desk upon request or with our housekeeper.
