What personal information do we collect from the people who visit our blog, website, or app?
When you make a reservation through our website, over the phone or by walk-in we ask for your name, billing address, email address, phone and credit card number. This allows us to secure your reservation, notify you of the status of your reservation, or contact you in the event there are questions about any information you submit to us.  A current government issued ID will also be needed upon check-in for guests lodging with us and a copy of your ID will be made on file.

How is your information protected?
Arnott’s Lodge & Hiking Adventures does not lease, sell, trade or give any of our customer information to other companies, except where the information is required to complete a reservation, which you have requested. Credit Card Information provided through our online reservations order form is encrypted and measures have been taken to secure our server from any unauthorized access. We recommend that any communications you send us via this site, including comments, suggestions and questions, do not contain information that is private or confidential. Credit Card information should only be provided on the online reservation form that encrypts the number for your protection.

  • Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
  • We use regular Malware Scanning.
  • Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
