Our no-frills prices do not include daily room service or linen changes. Full service housekeeping is available for an extra charge; inquire at the front desk for this service.
Our housekeeper will empty your trash and replenish your toilet paper daily. Fresh linen & towels are available at the front desk upon request or with our housekeeper.

All of our rooms are Non-Smoking. In accordance with the traveler's policy, we maintain a 7-day stay limit for all reservations.

Our Policy
Our affordable 6-Bedroom House is also available for big groups and families that want a home all to themselves. For the exclusive use of all 6 rooms, which accommodates 7-12 guests, please visit our page on the 6-Bedroom House. For the House, a discounted rate will be given when one payment is made. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be needed two months prior to check-in. If you have a group and would like to request accommodation availability, you may send an inquiry to groups@arnottslodge.com
